Returns PolicyEach Plume Couture piece is quality inspected before shipping. We do not accept returns because each piece is an original, and we want it to reach it's new owner/home in a fresh & pristine condition. If you feel a piece to be defective for any reason, please contact us immediately before wearing the garment. We take these situations case by case, but are committed to the quality of our garments and want our customers to be happy with them. FIT We are not responsible for garments not fitting you. Our unique garments are designed to fit well and we provide accurate measurements in each descrition of each couture piece, but there may be slight variations on some people. Please write before you purchase a garment if you have questions about the fit or measurements. Many adjustments could be made by any city tailor. Fittings can be arranged on certain pieces for additional cost. CARE Due to the many different details in our couture pieces, we recommend dry cleaning. |
